Taxis that no one can take
The private business is not allowed in North Korea so there is absolutely no chance of taking Uber or any other similar transport there. The cabs are owned by the state and are placed everywhere (that is, of course if you are taking a tour). They are available only for the elite as they are the only ones who can afford it. Communism at its best!
