Frances Bean Cobain
Frances Bean Cobain is the only daughter of the late Kurt Cobain, frontman of Nirvana, and Courtney Love, lead singer of Hole.
Her name is quite the story – she was named after Frances Mckee, the guitarist of The Vaselines, and her middle name “Bean” was chosen by Kurt, who thought she looked like a kidney bean on the ultrasound.
With the tragedy of her childhood, it’s normal to assume that Frances probably had quite a difficult time, but she had a host of strong women who raised, such as her mother, many aunts, her paternal grandmother, and her godmother, Drew Barrymore.
You’d think with such a legendary musical heritage that Frances might be that way inclined, and maybe she is, but she has mostly made a career out of modelling, and visual art.
