City Park – Even though some serious damage was done to the park by Hurricane Katrina back in 2005, the city managed to unite and repair (as well as remodel) the City Park during the next few years. If you want to spend a quiet morning or afternoon in New Orleans, we suggest you visit this park. It’s worth noting that the park contains the largest collection of mature live oak trees in the world.
