Acapulco, Mexico – Even though it is still a popular tourist destination, Acapulco comes in third when you rank cities with most homicides per 100,000 residents. Tourist agencies say that the resorts are not located in the part of the city where crime occurs on a regular basis, but you’re probably better off not visiting the place at all (or at least not that often).
