26. Hide a grown-out manicure with glitter accents.
So your manicure lasted – you’re one of the lucky ones. But what if it lasted so long that your nails have grown out noticeably? This leaves a blank crescent that frankly, makes you look a little unkempt.
Fortunately, there’s a nail trend that just happens to be perfect for this problem. Use a glitter polish to hide the bare base of your grown-out mani. Simply take a glitter polish and place the brush at the base of your nail, gently swiping upward 1/4th to 1/3rd of the way. You want most of the glitter to be concentrated at the bottom. Don’t overload the brush with polish, or it won’t dry properly and you’ll have too much sliding around.
